These Terms of Use (together with any documents that they refer to) apply to those individuals and groups who use the Services.

By purchasing Goods from the Fumant Website, you warrant that
you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
you are at least 18 years old
you are resident in and ordering Goods from one of the above countries
Forming a contract:
After placing an order, you will receive an order submission confirmation from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to buy a Product from us and placing an order carries with it the obligation to make payment. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending either (a) a confirmation that the goods have been dispatched (Order Confirmation), or (b) the physical product to you. Only when the confirmation is sent by us, is the sale concluded.
The Contract will relate only to those Products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Order Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Order Confirmation.

Fumant offers shipping of products purchased on our Website to the following countries:
United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Cyprus, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Serbia, Malta, Brazil.
It's not possible to change your shipping address after you have submitted your order on our Website.
Fumant has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.
If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until Fumant has taken physical possession of the goods.
Business/Working Days: We can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday. Please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.

This Online Return Policy is provided to you Fumant Ltd ("Fumant" or "we", "us", "our") Gradina 19, BG-1700 Sofia, Bulgaria, with business registration number 206275820, VAT: BG206275820.
To feel safe when shopping online at Fumant, we offer you to exchange or return your product for a refund within 30 days of receipt of your online order.
Under the customer legislation, we grant full right of cancellation should you regret your purchase within 30 days of receipt of your online order.
We can exchange or give you a full refund for the product(s) returned.
Please note that a return or exchange of an order without the ticket number will be subject to additional processing time and will delay crediting your account.
In case of refund, the original amount paid for the returned Fumant product(s) will be refunded, when we have received the product(s) or documentation for such return.
If the returned goods are not substantially in the same condition and quantity as delivered by Fumant, an amount equivalent of the diminished value of the product will be deducted from the payment to be refunded.
Opened boxed item(s) may be considered for a full refund where the products are left intact in their original packaging i.e. plastic bags that contain the products.
Refunds are done in the original payment method.
