This product can become really hot when in use, so always touch with caution.

Before the first use, place 3 started coals in the HMD for 15min and let it cool.

Add the tobacco in the bowl as you would normally with foil or regular HMD. Leave 1mm of air at the top.

Stretch the silicone base of HEAT with your hands and place it on the bowl. The silicone base should grab the bowl fully.

Place 3 ignited coals (25-27mm) or 2 coals (28mm) inside the device and close the (cover)..

Rotate the movable plate to the lowest position and wait 2-3 min for the bowl to heat up. Then start smoking.

Adjust the movable plate up or down for less heat or more heat respectively.
